Q. What is your return policy?
A.
Our return policy lasts 30 days for faulty or broken items. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will refund you for the amount you paid for the item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you decide to cancel your order, we offer a 24 hour cancellation period to cancel. After 24 hours after placing your order, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.

Q. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. When can I expect my item(s) to arrive?
A. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. The average shipping time is  7-20 business days for all orders to arrive. If you purchase more than one product in one order, each product may arrive at different times depending on which factory the product is coming from.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
